📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.,Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.,Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of production.,Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support.,Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
