In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our collection process, from initial contact to final resolution. You'll use our in-house collection system, Kreditplus Collection Management System (KCMS), to track and manage all collection activities. This system is designed to streamline our processes and ensure that we provide the best possible service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire collection process, from initial contact to final resolution
• Use Kreditplus Collection Management System (KCMS) to track and manage all collection activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions
• Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiations to resolve outstanding debts
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve collection skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with financial services and debt collection processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Kreditplus Collection Management System (KCMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
