📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily crushing operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
• Manage and maintain crushing equipment, including regular inspections and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor production output and quality, implementing improvements to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular safety audits and provide training to ensure a safe working environment.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crushing operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Certification as a Crushing Operations Supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with crushing equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
