📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Create and manage employer branding campaigns across various channels.,Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve company culture.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and cultural events.,Collaborate with HR teams to align employer branding initiatives with overall HR strategies.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of employer branding efforts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employer branding and company culture.,Develop and deliver training programs on employer branding and company culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in employer branding or a similar role.,Strong understanding of employer branding principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
