Field Supervisor (Pelaksana Lapangan) - Construction Project Management

PT Narendra Putra Dewata is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Supervisor (Pelaksana Lapangan) to join our dynamic construction team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by overseeing daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

With a strong background in construction project management, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. You will also work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
• Monitor project progress and report to project managers and senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines
• Manage project budgets and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns
• Provide guidance and support to site workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in overseeing construction projects from conception to completion
• Proven experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Primavera P6
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
