In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Communicate effectively with employees and management in Mandarin

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
