📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and address any issues.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to prevent production delays.,Conduct performance reviews of production staff and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing or production.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
