Crystal Store Mandiri is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our store. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the procurement field and grow within our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices,Maintain and update supplier records and purchase orders,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed,Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships,Participate in team meetings and contribute to procurement strategies,Assist in the evaluation and selection of new suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with procurement software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations
