📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality ingredients.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.,Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.,Proven experience in managing multiple restaurant locations or high-volume operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
