Place Silver Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
