📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of our expanding business, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work closely with the finance team in New Zealand to ensure seamless financial operations across our international locations.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to support the company's growth and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting for our Bali office, including payroll and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, with exposure to international financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and budgeting.
• Experience with payroll and vendor management systems is a plus.
