Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for People M&A initiatives, from planning to execution.Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Operations.Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
