Diamond Plus Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and accurately.,Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and receipts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
