📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
