As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe delivery operations.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain vehicle condition and safety standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they meet company standards.,Report to management on operational performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with delivery software and systems is a plus.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian.
