📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events to ensure they run smoothly.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.,Manage banquet staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring they are properly trained.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to banquet services.,Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet venues.,Ensure that all banquet events comply with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of event menus and ensuring they are served on time.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
