Smart Diamond Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Deputy Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage kitchen inventory and restocking.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in special event preparations and catering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
