📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing department operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.,Managing department budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Implementing and monitoring departmental performance metrics.,Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Participating in strategic planning and development activities.,Representing the department in company meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving departmental goals.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
