📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
