📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for People M&A initiatives, from planning to execution.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Operations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate or M&A context.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Understanding of HR and employment laws.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
