This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily meal plans and menus.,Oversee kitchen staff, including chefs and assistants.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients.,Train and develop kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
