In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the palm oil industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities through market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction,Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the palm oil industry,Strong understanding of the palm oil market and industry trends,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed
