In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping businesses leverage technology to achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.,Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and their teams on the use of Dynamics 365.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 solutions with other business systems.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.,Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support the ongoing use and maintenance of Dynamics 365 solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in the role.,Certification in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Certified Solution Architect, Dynamics 365 Certified Functional Consultant).,Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Supply Chain Management.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.,Experience in working with clients in various industries, particularly in Jakarta and the surrounding areas.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
