📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior finance team members.,Collaborate with external auditors and consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
