📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.,Lead and mentor junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and filing.,Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the team.,Represent Qualfon in tax-related discussions with government agencies and external stakeholders.,Monitor and manage tax risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential tax-related issues.,Provide regular tax reports and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing tax compliance and reporting for multinational companies is a plus.,Certification in tax-related fields (e.g., CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
