Conduct assessments and develop case plans for clients,Provide counseling and support to individuals and families,Coordinate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care,Develop and implement programs to address community needs,Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness,Provide training and education to clients and community members,Maintain accurate and confidential client records,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field,Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
