📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
