Accounts Executive - Automotive Dealership (Perodua 3S Authorized)

Abi Motors, a leading Perodua 3S Authorized Sales, Service & Parts Dealer, is expanding its team in Canggu, Bali and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance department. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing automotive dealership and contribute to the success of our business.

As an Accounts Executive at Abi Motors, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial operations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while also identifying opportunities to improve our financial performance. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach, combined with excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Provide financial support to the sales and service departments, including invoice processing and payment collections.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required reports for audits and regulatory purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
