📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve premium coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Create intricate latte art with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized coffee experiences.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines and brewing equipment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including hot and cold drinks.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality coffee drinks with exceptional latte art.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clean and professional appearance, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with coffee industry tools and software, such as Square, Toast, or similar POS systems.
• Valid Sertifikasi Barista (SBA) or similar certification is a plus.
