📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and verbal communications between Indonesian and Mandarin with high accuracy and consistency.
• Provide real-time translation support during meetings, calls, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all translated materials.
• Collaborate with operational and administrative teams to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
• Use translation management tools like Microsoft Translator, SDL Trados, and MemoQ.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of translation processes and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation, preferably in the logistics or administrative field.
• Strong understanding of logistics and administrative terminology.
• Proficiency in using translation management tools such as Microsoft Translator, SDL Trados, and MemoQ.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, globally recognized company is a plus.
