📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the mining sector.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Leverage data analytics and strategic planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and community leaders.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of growth initiatives and strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and growth initiatives in the mining sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
