Harabu Drinks & Dimsum is expanding its team in Bali and is now hiring passionate Outlet Crew and Chefs to join our vibrant hospitality team. As part of our growing brand, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and authentic dim sum experiences to our customers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious dim sum, managing the kitchen, and ensuring that our outlets run smoothly. You will work closely with our management team to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall outlet performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality dim sum dishes to customers.
• Manage the kitchen operations, including inventory, food safety, and staff training.
• Ensure that all outlets maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in the development and implementation of daily specials and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the outlets.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve outlet performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Experience in preparing and serving dim sum or Chinese cuisine is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
