Using tools like SAP and Tableau, you will track and report on system performance and reliability metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain reliability engineering processes and procedures.
• Analyze system failures and identify root causes using tools like SAP.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent future system failures.
• Track and report on system performance and reliability metrics using Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability of our critical infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents and ensure system availability.
• Conduct reliability audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reliability engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using reliability engineering tools and software, such as SAP and Tableau.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
