📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Oversee performance management and talent development programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Lead the implementation and management of our HRIS system
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans, including talent acquisition and retention initiatives
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Handle employee grievances and disputes
- Conduct regular HR audits and reviews
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Food and Beverages industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
