📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures for solar energy projects, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide training and awareness programs to project teams on HSSE best practices.
Monitor and report on HSSE performance, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, contractors, and local communities, to ensure smooth project execution.
Utilize software such as SAP and Microsoft Office to manage HSSE data and generate reports.
Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSSE considerations into project planning and execution.
Ensure that all project activities comply with local and national environmental and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent in occupational health and safety.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Bali and other locations.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding HSSE performance targets.
