📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our leaseback program
• Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on automotive finance or leaseback programs
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of automotive finance products and leaseback agreements
