📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Support the operations team in maintaining and organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient and safe working conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of shipping documents.
• Monitor and update inventory levels using warehouse management software.
• Assist in the organization and planning of warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or operational role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation of goods.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
