📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all operational aspects of mining operations, including daily operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all operational activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the operational team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operational activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operational excellence, with a strong background in mining operations.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mining operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, including SAP, Microsoft Office, and mining-specific tools like Vulcan, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Certifications in operational excellence, such as Lean Six Sigma, or a related field.
