📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement engaging brain training activities for children aged 3–6
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and refine our curriculum
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters cognitive development
• Monitor and assess children's progress using our proprietary brain training tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCE, ECCE) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of brain development and cognitive skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in using educational software and tools (e.g., Brain Training Programs, Learning Management Systems)
